Evidence before brand claims

For regulatory conditions we prefer the relevant Philippine authority. For a game rule we use the provider’s published instructions and identify the example as provider-specific. For device behavior we prefer Apple or Google documentation. Sources from other jurisdictions illustrate a concept only; they do not establish Philippine law or Jilipark compliance.

An app or operator claim requires a consistent operator, domain and publisher trail. A name match, logo or search result alone is insufficient. A failed search is recorded as unverified, with its limitations, rather than converted into a claim of nonexistence.

Examples and financial language

Worked amounts are fictional unless an article identifies a dated official rule. We distinguish gross return, net result and the amount at risk. An explanation of odds or RTP is not a forecast, a promise of profit or personalized gambling advice. No article recommends recovering losses by increasing stakes.

English and Filipino parity

Each topic has a stable translation identifier and two complete pages. Numbers, source restrictions, examples and warnings must agree. Filipino wording is localized rather than mechanically mirrored; familiar English terms are explained when they are useful. Navigation, image alternatives, metadata and interface messages follow the selected language.

Review dates and corrections

The review date records when evidence was checked, not when a product was released or certified. Facts can change after that date. A correction should be applied to both language versions and any affected title, image, internal link or structured data. A material correction should identify what changed and the source supporting it. This website has no public submission channel.

Commercial relationships
